Penetrating europe’s largest print market is not as easy as it may seem. The German market knows fierce competition, customers that are used to the best service and punctual deliveries. But at Helloprint we never shy away from a challenge. That is why we have recently launched our website in the German market.
Since we did our kick off on the FESPA 2018 exhibition in Berlin early May, we have received very encouraging reactions from the industry. On top of that current order numbers look promising, proving that the German customer knows where to find us. We are aware that Germany is a highly competitive online print market, but we are confident that we can fulfil our ambitions in Germany. Over 200 products can already be ordered.
This expansion is expected to continue throughout the summer, ultimately offering the more than 2,000 products that can already be purchased through the platform in the Netherlands or the UK to customers in Germany. "Our focus is on price and speed as well as on quality and customer-friendliness" says Hans Scheffer on the business development strategy. In order to make sure our customers service meets our high standards, we have, successfully recruited motivated customer advisors for the Valencia based international customer center. And that's not all: further market entries in Europe are planned for the coming year. With a growth rate of more than 50% this year, the company relies on its network of experienced printers and promotional products manufacturers, which also form the basis for further expansion.
Different than others
As in all our current markets, in Germany also, we focus on both the professional graphic user and the business client. "Our focus is on extreme ease of use,". We believe that ordering print from many suppliers is very complex and we make it easy both online and offline. That's why we invest heavily in the development of our portal, but also in our customer service, where more than 80 printing experts support our customers. Here we not only support in the process, but also have a large design department, which supports the customer with file changes for free.
